CPAcampus.com has created a special pilot program in order to determine course hours and gain valuable course approvals from NASBA. In order to obtain NASBA approval, providers such as CPAcampus.com must have courses pilot tested by at least three CPAs.
This pilot program is available to all certified public accountants. All courses are free of charge provided the certified public accountant completes the attached pilot test form and returns it to CPAcampus.com via fax at 512-857-8634.
The pilot test form (View Pilot Test Form) requires the CPA to list
- His or her license number,
- The state he or she is licensed in,
- And the time it took to complete the course.
If you are a CPA licensed in AK, AZ, CA, CT, HI, IL, IN, KY, ME, MA, NE, NH, OH, VA, WA, or WY, you will be awarded a certificate and credit immediately upon completion of the course because these states do not require NASBA approval. However, you must complete the Pilot Test Forms and fax them back to CPAcampus.com at 512-857-8634. If the CPA is not licensed in one of the previously listed states the certificate and credit will NOT be issued.
For students in other states where NASBA approval is required, CPAcampus.com must receive three pilot test forms per course, and complete the full course approval process before issuing the student a certificate of completion. The NASBA approval process has an undetermined period of time therefore we at CPAcampus.com discourage anyone who is not licensed in AK, AZ, CA, CT, HI, IL, IN, KY, ME, MA, NE, NH, OH, VA, WA, or WY from taking these courses. (View Pilot Test Form). Once CPAcampus.com has received NASBA has approved our pilot test course, you will be issued a certificate of completion and NASBA approved credit.

Certified Public Accounts licensed in AK, AZ, CA, CT, HI, IL, IN, KY, ME, MA, NE, NH, OH, VA, WA, and WY will receive a certificate of completion upon our receipt of the Pilot Test Form. All CPAs in other states must wait for the CPAcampus.com to receive its approval before receiving credit for any CPE Pilot courses.
